Where We Ship
Daeva currently ships to most regions in North America and Europe, with additional
locations added over time.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to
help.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 days.
Each piece is prepared with care, and some items may require additional handling
time before shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 6 –12 business days
- International: 8–15 business day
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Occasional shipping promotions may be offered.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Our Approach
We believe purchasing should feel considered, not rushed.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Some items may be final sale due to their nature. These will be clearly marked.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at daevalifecanada@gmail.com with your order number
and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived
damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original
payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as processing has not
begun.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the
recipient.
Daeva does not have control over these fees.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll assist in investigating
with the carrier.
While we can’t guarantee outcomes once a package is in transit, we’ll always
advocate on your behalf.
